shipping policy:

Your order will ship out within 5 days of payment. Orders are shipped through USPS and will usually arrive within a week or two. International orders may take 2-3 weeks to arrive. I ship using First Class Package service; if you would like expedited shipping, please contact me with the form below.

Tracking numbers take up to 24 hours to be updated when email notifications are sent.

In an effort to be more eco-friendly, packaging materials are made of post-consumer use and recyclable. Any plastic seen in packaging are leftover supplies I’m trying to make use.

return/refund/exchange policy:

Exchanges cannot be made after an order is purchased. I do not accept returns or refunds unless there is a shipping address error. If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact me with the form below so we can work on a resolution.

NOTE: if refund is made, it will exclude payment processing fees (2.9% + 30 cents) since they are non-refundable by PayPal and Stripe


We are not responsible for errors made in the submitted shipping address, including, but not limited to recipient’s name. Please make sure the recipient’s name is legally registered to the place of residence. If you believe you made an addressing error, please contact us with the form ASAP. If the item is returned due faulty addressing, it is up to the customer to pay a secondary shipping price to have the item sent again. The customer may request for a refund upon reception of the returned item, but it would exclude the initial shipping/handling fee.
